Peter Realmonte Ascends to Chief Operations Officer at Scotto Properties: A Decade-Long Journey of Growth and Success

Scotto Properties is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Realmonte to Chief Operations Officer for our Real Estate Property Division. As Chief Operations Officer, Peter will continue to oversee all aspects of Scotto Properties, including asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, repositioning’s, and financing of the properties. Additionally, he will continue to oversee property management with our Regional Property Managers in NJ and Florida. Since joining Scotto Properties in 2007, Peter has been intimately involved in the growth of the division with the expansion into our Florida multi-family properties, as well as our numerous projects in Morristown. He has invested a lot of time in our journey building our portfolio.

During his tenure, Peter has built a strong team for Scotto Properties, with Aivy Ariza (New Jersey Regional Property Manager) and Janet Geisz (Florida Regional Property Manager), and their supporting field teams managing the leasing and maintenance operations of their properties. Peter also works very closely with our accounting and financing teams making sure we are advancing our strategic plan. In this new role, Peter will continue to report to Anthony Scotto and work closely with Ben and Anthony growing and developing Scotto Properties.

Peter has over 20 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience and received his degree from Saint Peter’s University. Peter has a passion for music and his family. He and his wife Jill enjoy spending time with their daughter Colette and son Julien.
